The included weights provide a versatile skipping-experience. Use the weights to target different areas of the body, adjust intensity and add variety. This also makes for a more exciting session. Simply insert your desired weight into the handle and start skipping.

Is it durable?

The body of each handle is machined from a single block of high grade aluminium. The result is a sturdy, solid and extremely durable frame. The rope itself is made of high tensile strength steel wire housed in a protective PVC coating.

SUPERIOR GRIP – The HM3K Rope Pro handles are sculpted to perfectly sit in the hand. The ‘grip-tight’ rings run along the circumference of the base of the handle to ensure a secure and comfortable grip when using the skipping rope – so throw around your rope with confidence.
