Rule out interference from accessories If the issue occurs when a third-party charger or charging cable is in use, replace it with a standard Huawei one. The screen is blurry; For EMUI 10.0: Go to Settings and then go to Display and brightness and then go to Screen resolution, disable Smart resolution, and select FHD plus. Your phone enables Smart resolution by default to adjust the screen resolution in order to reduce power consumption.
