Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this brownie tray is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the baking pan for better adhesion. The carbon steel transfers heat smoothly across the whole tin, so brownies and flapjacks come out with crisp edges and deliciously gooey centres. It makes an excellent traybake tin too, baking up soft, shareable sponges, ready to be loaded with colourful sprinkles. The brownie pan measures 34 x 20 cm (13½ x 8 Inch), and is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
