Instructions

Collect cheek cells by rubbing the swab firmly for 30 seconds against the inside of the cheek and lower gums. Repeat on the other side of the cheek. Be certain to move the swab over the entire inner cheek surface. This action should be firm but not aggressive and should not be uncomfortable.
